Portable and Modular Accommodation

Installation:
Even a single unit can require our services and expertise, and large multi-unit complexes and AV setups certainly do. With linking and stacking being a great way to minimise the footprint of the setup, it takes skilled labour to land, level, and connect these units safely and accurately.

Dismantling:
At the end of every project, the accommodation units need to be removed. Site visits can be arranged to assess the site; it’s not always as simple as “how they went in,” but a solution can be executed effectively.

Site Services:
Accommodation units typically require services connected. We supply and fit external plumbing for inlet and outlet connections to suitable local site supplies.

Interior Finishes:
Kitchens, dry room facilities, toilet setups, partitions, reception areas—we can literally modify these units to meet the needs of the most demanding site, school, or commercial environment.

Refurbishment:
Our team has worked for customers on-site or in the depot to repair, fully rebuild interiors, change layouts, and renovate old stock for their new clients.
This includes electrical installation, plumbing of new equipment, painting, vinyl flooring, stud work, and cleaning stock ready for hire or sale. We supply and install all common items for a complete service.

On-Site Repairs:
When something goes wrong, we can attend to repair or replace items. Pelham prides itself on a next-day service and regularly attends the same day, especially in London and surrounding areas. From a dripping tap to a leaky roof, our team can fix it all.

Break-Ins:
When someone else wants what’s yours (or your client’s), we are on hand to repair the damage.
Door replacement, lock repairs, and shutters that have been damaged can all be repaired or replaced. Stores are a particular target, and Pelham is able to repair or replace lock boxes, supplying new ones if required, and repairing openings that have been cut in, using our range of welding equipment.
